Communication Procedures 2 hrs. <br /> <br /> TOTAL HOURS 40-44 HRS. <br /> <br />SEGTION 13: Insurance and Financing for the First Responder Program <br /> <br />Sponsor fire department (First Responder Agency) shall secure and maintain <br />insurance for all activities conducted pursuant to this program tn a <br />minimum liability/indemnity amount satisfactory to County and shall bold <br />County harmless from any and all liability, damages ur claims, including <br />attorney's fees, that might be asserted or suffered by County as s result <br />of any act or omission of any of such respective department's officers, <br />employees, agents or representatives arising out of services performed <br />pursuant 'to this program. In this Fegard, on its certificate of insurance <br />provided to the Emergency Services Department, a sponsoring fire department <br />shall indicate that its firut respondern are covered and that Cabarrus <br />County bests no responsibility for the actions of the respective sponsoring <br />department. <br /> <br /> <br />
