The petitioner proposes to serve the property using a previously <br /> permitted package treatment plant and community wells. <br /> <br />2. A mobile home subdivision is a cunditionai use.under R-30 zoning and must <br /> be approved by the County Board of Adjustment. The subdivision would <br /> also require County Planning Board approval. <br /> <br />3. This area is rural in nature with sparse residential development (both site <br /> built and manufactured housing). <br /> <br />4.
