Area Relationships: North, vacant; south, vacant; east, 1-85 and <br /> International Business Park; west, vacant. <br /> <br />2. Permitted Uses in I-1 Zone: (Examples) Assembly of manufactured houses, <br /> auto repair garages, bottling works, building equipment and material <br /> sales, manufacturing, electrical supplies and equipment sales, farm <br /> machinery assembly, repair and sales, lumber and building material <br /> yards, machine welding shops, offices, race shops, sign painting and <br /> fabrication shops, wholesaling and warehousing. <br /> <br /> 3. Site Plan: Physical survey included in agenda. <br /> <br /> Detailed Findings and Compatibility with other Ordinances and Resolutions: <br /> 1.
