A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE <br /> 1990.1991 SECONDARY ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> FOR CABAI~RUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the North Carolina Department of Transportation has submitted a proposed <br /> Secondary Road Improvement Program in the amount of $622,500 for <br /> Cabarrus County for the 1990-1991 Fiscal Year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners in accordance with North <br /> Carolina~General Statute 136-44.8 held a'publlc hearing on May 21, 1990 <br /> at 8:00 P.M~ ia the Commissioners' Meeting P. oom at the Cabarrus County <br /> Govei-nmental Center in Concord, North Carolina, in order to consider <br /> public comments about the proposed Secondary Road Improvement <br /> Program; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, North Carolina General Statute 136-44.8 provides that the Board of County <br /> Commissioners, after the presentation and discussion of the annual <br /> Secondary Road Improvement Program, may concur with the program as <br /> proposed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the County <br /> 'of Cabarrus that said Board does concur with the 1990-1991 Secondary Road <br /> Improvement Program as presented by the North Carolina Department of <br /> Tr;~sportation and recommend that the Board of Transportation adopt the <br /> proposed program for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Adopted this 21st day of May, 1990. <br /> <br /> James W.
