CONTRACT <br /> <br />This agreement is made and entered into this the 1st day of Jaly, ]990 <br />between the Mecklenburg County llealth Department and thc Cabarrus <br />County Health Department for services as described below: <br /> <br />A. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The Mecklenburg County Health Department agrees to provide .the testing <br />of dairy samples brought to the Mecklenburg County Pnb]ic Health <br />Laboratory by the Cabarrus tlealth Department. Tho Mecklenburg County <br />Health Department will m~il the results to the Csbnrrus Health <br />Department ns soon as the results are obtained From the analyst <br />performing the tests. <br /> <br />B. Period of Agreement <br /> <br />This agreement shall be effective on the date of e×ecution and ma.~; be <br />amended or terminated at the mutual consent of both parties or <br />terminated by either party giving 30 days written notice. <br /> <br />C. Payment for Services <br /> <br /> (1.) Renumeration for servzces shall be at the rate of $8.00 per <br /> sample tested. <br /> <br /> (2.)
