Separate reports shall he submitted for the Ueat~erlz~tien 6sslstance Pro§ram component and the Training and Technical Assistance Section 1~ ~onthly ~epor,ts. The Contractor shall submit by the eighth (0/h) day o£ each month Monthly Program Progress Reports to the Grantee oB Forms provided by the Grantee. Failure to provide these reports vhen due rill resolt in payment not being made for that month, Section 2~ 0uerterly Reports. The Contractor shall submit by the tenth day relieving each calendar quarter being reported on, a Comprehensive Quarterly Report, standard form 272 (Federal Cash Transactions Report) Section 3~ !prelim Reports. The Grantee may at its discretion request interim reports from the Contractor that may be prompted by unforeseen circumstances that may affect the operation of the Program. Failure to submit reports, ~heR due, may result in the termination of program funds. Section 4: F~nsl Reports. The Contractor shall submit a final closeout report and remit any enobligated cash on hand ~ithln forty-five (45) days of contract termination on forms provided by the Grantee. Closeoot reports for the ~eatherization ~ssistsnce Program component note~ in Part I, section 4A, must include a complete physical inventory of materials remaining on hand at contract termination, signed and dated by the checker and a ~itness. This inventory may not be used after the termination of this contract by the Contractor, but may be sold at cost to any subsequent ueatherization program, with the dollar value to be credited to this contract. The Contractor shell submi.t to the Grantee such revisions and updates of these final reports as may be necessary from time to time as a result of program audits or reporting errors.
