UPON MOTION of Commissioner PaYne, Seconded by Comml3stoner with Commissioners Payne, Na~by, and Moss voting for and Chairman Lentz and Co~iss~oner Helvin votin~ a~ainst, the Board adopted the followln~ ~en~nt to Section II M. Refusal to Accept M~ter of the Water Sewer DiStrict of Cabarrus Cpunty WaterSyst~ R~gulations effective March ]; i987, and d~rected that in the meantime letters conce?n~ng the mandatory min~m~ 6barge are to be mai/ed to those people who have purchased connections to the water sYst~ but as of yet have not started actually cons~ing water. ~end Section II M to read: M REFUSAL ~ ACC~T S~VICE Should any person pay for a conne~t~on'to the syst~ and after that connection is ~nstalled not use the se~i~e or at least pay the monthly m~nim~ fee established in the rate s6hedule, then the service will be made unusable, the outstanding b~ll subtracted from the =ustomers security deposit, ~d any remaining deposit returned to the customer. If in the future if the person desires service, the connection fees and deposits in effect at that t~e would b~ required for the semite to be reactivated.
