6. Any portion of the Rrant funds not used in accordance with the terms <br /> hereof, will be repaid to The Cannon Foundation, Inc. No funds from this grant <br /> will be used to carry on propaganda, or otherwise to attempt to influence <br /> legislation, to influence the outcome of any specific public election or to carry <br /> on direct]y or indirectly any voter registration drive. <br /> <br /> ?. The acceptance of the grant and the terms and conditions of the grant is <br /> signed by an authorized officer of the organization. <br /> <br /> 'You, of course, understand that The Car{non Foundation, Inc. considers each <br /> request on ar, individual basis, and that this grant is not to be construed as <br /> establishing il precedent for further support.* <br /> <br />It is our plan to send the above amount to you during the current fiscal year <br />which ends September 30, 1990, or as soon as h~nds become available for this <br />purpose.
