The following equipment is involved in the proposed <br /> exchange. <br /> <br /> The Land Records Department is in possession of a 7580A Hewlett- <br /> Packard Pen Plotter {Serial No. 2051A00668) with a 24" throat with <br /> less than 10 hours of use. This plotter is totally unusable by our <br /> staff due to changes in our map size {currently 30" X 40" and would <br /> require a 30" throat]. <br /> <br /> Concord Engineering and Surveying is in possession of the following <br /> items: <br /> <br /> l. Hewlett-Packard 9815A Computer - Serial No. 1623A06772 <br /> 2. Hewlett-Packard 86-H Computer - Serial No. 2417A3052 <br /> 3. Hewlett-Packard'Disk Drive - serial No. 2341A75398 <br /> 4. Mewlett-Packard CRT - Serial No. 2635J21665 <br /> 5. Hewlett-Packard Printer - Serial No. Z336J21665 <br /> <br /> All the above equipment is 10 years or more older and by industry <br /> standards considered obsolete. An absolute dollar for dollar value <br /> is impossible to attain due to the age of the equipment. <br /> <br /> This exchange would enhance the daily operations of the Land <br /> Records Department and would be a great asset in supporting the GIS <br /> and revaluation projects. <br /> <br /> We encourage the exchange as it will be beneficial to both parties <br /> at a dollar cost to neither. <br /> <br /> sincerely, <br /> <br /> Mark W.
