These items should be declared <br /> surplus property by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> and sold at public auction. The Board of Commissioners will <br /> need to appoint the auctioneer for this public auction. <br /> <br /> Also attached is a list of abandoned and/or unclaimed property <br /> from the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Dept., to be sold at the <br /> auction. According to Sheriff Robert M.
