This <br /> project consists of a sewer outfall beginning at the Buffalo <br /> Creek outfall near Rainbow Dr. on the northwest side of <br /> Kannapolis and continues across some Industrial property to the <br /> Fisher Town con~unity. This is a total of 7909' whioh will serve <br /> 54 houses and is the first phase of the Community Development <br /> Block Grant for this area. <br /> <br /> The low bidder was Ronny Turner Construction Co., Inc. of <br /> Conover, N. C. with a hid of $244,942.50. The Engineer's <br /> estimate was $277,807.50. I am very pleased with the low bid, as <br /> well as the nun~er of Contractors bidding the project.
