November 13, 1990 <br /> <br />TO: Mike Ruffin <br /> <br />FROM: Angela Ferguson <br /> <br />I am requesting that the Board of Commissioners consider to re-appoint the previous <br />Aging Task Force Committee for the purpose of reassessment of the needs of the <br />elderly in Cabarrus County. (This is an annual requirement by the Division of <br />Aging.) <br /> <br />The Area Agency m Aging shall sponsor the annual Region F Aging Conference again <br />on January 18, 1991 at UNCC. Each of the eight counties shall be given <br />the opportunity to discuss county specific issues which impact our elderly. <br />As last year, a Commissioner appointment reaffirms our sincere committment <br />to this project. The committee operated efficiently under the umbrella <br />of the Cabarrus County Council on Aging Advisory Board. I am also requesting <br />the same operations and committee as last year.
