NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY LEASE AGKEEI.~NT <br /> <br /> THIS LEAS~ AGREEmeNT, made and executed this <br /> <br /> day of November, 1990, by and between CABARRUS COUNTY, <br /> <br />a political subdivision'of the State of North Carolina, <br />(hereinafter "County"), and THE CABARRUS cOUNTY AGRICULTURAL <br />FAIR, INC., a North Carolina Corporation (hereinafter "Fair't); <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H -- that: <br /> <br /> The County and the Fair hereby renew that certain <br />Lease Agreement hereby made and executed the 6th day of <br />November, 1989, a copy of which is hereto attached. <br /> <br /> 1. Renewal Term. The Renewal Term of this Lease <br />shall commence on September 2, 1991 and expire on September <br />25, 1991. <br /> <br /> 2. Renewal Term for the demised premises referred <br /> <br />to in numbered paragraph 7, shall commence on October 31, <br />1990 and shall expire on October 30, 1991, exclusive of the <br />dat~ September 5-15, 1991 (which' is the time of the Cabarrus <br />County Agricultural Fair). <br /> <br /> 3. A~endment to Numbered Paragraph 8. Fair shall <br />have the privilege of using the demised premises during the time <br />of the fair (September 5-15, 1991). <br /> <br /> <br />
