County will install any fencln~ deemed <br /> <br />by it necessary and desirable, and will provide adequate gates between <br />the Demised Premises and the remainder of the adjoining p~operty of the <br />Fair! at County's expense. Such fencing and gates will be placed so <br />as to p~eserve the security of the Fair in such ~anner as is presently <br />in place. Couni-y may also level the Demised Premises, pave said p~emlses, <br />and pz~vlde an entrance f~om the Demised Premises to H~'y. 601-South, if <br />desired (County to obtain all necessary permits and comply with all laws <br />rega~'dlng any suc~h developn~_nt of the Demised P~emises). It is unde~- <br />stood that the Fair is to have the full privilege of using the Demised <br />P~emises du~in§ the time_ of the Fair (refe~ed ~.o in Item 1., above, <br />as September 6-15, inclusive, 1~90), fo~ ~arklng, and for the purpose <br />of locating house trailers, camper trailers, nDtor homes, etc., <br />belonging to various participants in the fair, and, to ithat end, <br />Fair has the privilege to run sewer lines across Demised ~emises to <br />connect with s~{er facilities along }f-7. 601-S0uth, and also to <br />install any water lines and electric facilities on the Demised ~em~ses <br />as are necessary or desirable by the Fair to facilitate such use. <br /> <br /> <br />
