<br /> The apparent low bidder for Contract Ho. I at the bid opening remained
<br /> 'tho low bidder after the bids had been checked and certified, and
<br /> alternates reviewed. As noted on the bid tabulation summary sheet,
<br /> three=bids contained arithmetic errors, but none of the errors affected
<br /> the two lowest bids. A certified tabulation of bids with a detailed
<br /> breakdown of unit prices is attached to this report. =

<br />VII. R~COHi, IENDATIONS:

<br /> It is our reco~endation that the County accept the bids as received ~nd
<br /> corrected on the bid tabulation. It is also our recommendation that,
<br /> upon receipt of the required permits and agency approvals, the contract
<br /> be awarded to the low bidder, Blythe Industries, Inc. in the amount of
