BoX 707 <br /> Concord, NC 28026 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ruffin: <br /> <br />The CabaIrus County Board of Health voted unanimously on September 27, <br />1990 to establish a recycling tipping fee exemption policy at the <br />Cabarrus County Landfill. This policy will reqoire private citizens <br />not paying presently to begin paying a tipping fee or have recyclable <br />material to be exempted from the fee. The attached copy is the <br />schedule presented to the Board~ and will be given to the public <br />prior to implementation if approved.
