Lentz, Chairman, Cabarrus <br />Comity Board of Commissioners, which was dated November 2, 1990, a~d which <br />received on November 7, 1990. A categorical response to each of your concerto and/or <br />findings is provided below: <br /> <br /> Finding: There was not a copy of the Anti-Displacement and Relocatlon <br /> Plan on file at the Courthouse for review. <br /> <br /> There is file of the above-mentioned Plan ~n the <br /> Re~ons,: <br /> noN,¥ <br /> on <br /> a <br /> copy <br /> Planning and Zoning Office for review. <br /> <br /> Concern: There was evidence record tO show that <br /> no <br /> on <br /> quarterly <br /> [eports <br /> were being furnished to the County Board of Cor~m~$sioners on the <br /> progres~ of the CDBG projects. <br /> <br /> Response: The County now requires the administrator, Stark Assoc~ales, <br /> to submit a progress report in their monthly paj~aent reque~k% effective <br /> immediately. <br /> <br /> Goncem: At the time of the visit, the County wbs not obtaining contractor <br /> identification or Social Security n.umbers from its contractors. <br /> <br /> Response: The County now keeps contractor identification numbers and <br /> Social Security numbers in the file which are maintained in the Planning <br /> and Zoning Office.
