The County Commissioners will discuss <br /> all i~snes on December 17, 1990, at 7:00 P.M., and they will make <br /> final decisions on rezonings <br /> <br /> staff Men~3er, Jonathan Marshall, p~esented the Staff Analysis. <br /> <br />chairman Randall opensd the pub]Jo meeting on Petition 90-19 asking if anyone <br />war, ted to speak for or agah~st this petit/on. <br /> <br /> Ms. Pat Duncan, Petitioner, addressed the Board stating she has <br /> prepared a basic plan for the Board to review. The intent and <br /> of this rezoning is to build a self contained secure dog house for her <br /> dogs. The build/r~g it to be masonry and 36 x 36 feet alld not visible <br /> from the road. <br /> <br /> ~ir. Hurlocker asked Ms. Duncan how many do/3s did she expect t~ <br /> house. <br /> <br /> 14s. Duncan s~ated she really did not know, there is no certain number. <br /> <br /> Ms. Regina Bingham and husband, Residents, addressed the Board <br /> sta~ing they are opposed to the rezoning and would like fo£ the <br /> rezoning to remain as it is. <br /> <br />Chai~uan Randall closed the public meeting on Petition 90-19 asklr~g if there are any <br />comments or questions from the Board. <br /> <br /> Chairman Randall asked Mr. Marshall ~he plan that MS. Duncan <br /> submitted, was it considered as being a si~e plan, and if so, would it be <br /> binding on the deve]opmsnt. <br /> <br /> Mr. Marshall stated that site plans ara not required, but is suggested <br /> ~o have. The plan Ms. Duncan submitted, you can make a condition on <br /> the development and they would have to be recorded and be binding on <br /> it as well as any other condition you feel addresses the land uses aspect <br /> of it. It could b~ put w/th xkts rezoning and become a condition of the <br /> rezoninq. <br /> <br /> <br />
