Ruffin <br /> CountyManager <br /> Csbarrus County Governmental Center <br /> Church Street, N. <br /> Concord, North Carolina 28023 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Huffin: <br /> <br />Meeting in o£ficial session on November 29, 1990, the Cabarrus <br />County Board of Health heard a request from the franchised solid <br />waste haulers to increase the fee charged residencies which use <br />the service. The increase requested was $1.50 per household per <br />month. The Board of Health voted to recomend the request to <br />the Board of Co~fssiouers. <br /> <br />Attached are letters from Container Corporation of Carolina and <br />B.F.I. requesting the increase.
