C. 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. Ruffin: <br /> <br /> I have been asked by the Watershed Commissioners, Tommy <br /> Smith and Michael Harkey to convey their request for the <br /> appointment of Jerry Hammill for a new'term as watershed <br /> commissioner. <br /> <br /> Jerry Hammill has shown a' high amount of interest in the <br /> watershe~ program and has used much of his ~ersonal time <br /> and expenses to carry out watershed activities.
