(YoU may contact the Regional Ombudsman to determine if the committee <br /> member has been active and effective.) <br /> <br /> Any vacancies should be filled by the appointment of a person for a one year term. <br /> <br /> The State Division of Aging may fill any vacancy if the commissioners have not made <br /> appointments within 45 days. <br /> <br /> Members of the cOmmittee are not compensated for their Work, but may be reimbursed <br /> for their actual expenses (such as mileage).
