Summarize the strengths <br /> and weaknesses of the facilities in the county. <br /> <br /> Strengths - Cleanliness, good Working relationship with committee, quarterly <br /> meetings at the home. Administrators and staff have loving concern for the <br /> residents. <br /> <br /> Weaknesses - It has been difficult to keep enough help - which makes staff <br /> work longer hours. This is corrected as quickly as possible but makes it <br /> difficult for staff and residents. <br /> <br /> 7. Other eommen~: <br /> We feel the Homes are doing a good job and in talking with residents they <br /> are happy wichthe care they are given.
