C.) Reports. Separate reports shall be su~aitted for the Weatheriz~tion <br /> Ass[stance Pro~Fam component and the Training and Technical Assistance <br /> _Component. <br /> <br /> Section 1: Monthly Reports. The Contractor shall submit by the eighth <br /> (Sth) day of each month Monthly Progr~ Progress Reports to the Grantee on <br /> Forms provided by the Grantee. Failure to provide these reports when due will <br /> result in payment not being made for that month. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Quarterly Reports. The Contractor shall submit by the tenth <br /> day following each calendar quarber being reported on, a Comprehensive <br /> Quarterly Report, stundacd form 272 (Federal Cash Transactions Report) <br /> <br /> Section 3: Interim Reportsi. The Grantee may at its discretion request <br /> interim reports from the Contractor that may be prompted by unforeseen <br /> circumstances that may affect the operation of the Program. Failure to submit <br /> reportst when due, may result in the termination of program funds. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Final Reports.: The Contractor shall submit a final eloseout <br />'report and 'remit any unobligated cash on hand within forty-five (45) days of <br />contract termination on forms provided by the Grantee. <br /> <br /> Closeout reports for the Weatherization Assistance Program component noted <br /> in Part I, section 4A, must include a complete physical inventory of materials <br /> r~naining on hand at contract termination, signed and dated by the checker and <br /> a witness. /his inventory may not be used after the termination of this <br /> contract by the Contractor, but may be sold at cost to any subsequent <br /> weatherization program~ with the dollar value to be credited to this contract. <br /> <br /> The Contraotor shall submit to the Grantee such revisions and updates of <br /> these final reports as may be necessary from time to time as a result of <br /> program audits or reporting errors. <br /> <br /> 3/89 <br /> <br /> <br />
