Numbers E-4 and E-5. <br /> <br /> E-4 represents a change that increases expenditures of $1436.00 which <br /> was necessitated due to the location of an unknown undergro[md wall tbat <br /> obstructed the routing of the main power cables from the transformer pad <br /> into tbe new addition. <br /> <br /> E-5 represents a cost savings of $266.00. This savings came about <br /> because the lines for the monitoring cameras in the existing jail wing <br /> were already in place and we made Franklin Electric give us a credit due <br /> to them utilizing those lines instead of running new lines right beside <br /> the existing lines. <br /> <br /> Please authorize payment on the $1~36.00 nhan§e order (~.tE-4) and adjust <br /> the electrical contractor cost figures %o reflect the cost saving of $266.00 <br /> due to the credit in change order ~IE-5. <br /> <br /> Sincerel~;, .~ <br /> <br /> Robert J.
