EXTRACTS OF MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> FOR <br /> THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, <br />North Carolina, met in the County Commission Room of the Cabarrus <br />County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, at 7:00 o'clock <br />p.m., April 17, 1989. <br /> <br />Present: Chairman presiding and <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Also present: <br /> <br /> Commissioner ~~ introduced the <br /> following <br />resolution: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING' THE ISSUANCE BY THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING <br /> AUTHORITY OF ITS INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS (KINDLE¥ YARNS, <br /> INC. PROJECT), IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF <br /> $3,500,000 TO FINANCE AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT FOR KINDLEY <br /> YARNS, INC. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Board of Co~issioners has determined and <br />does hereby declare as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The Board of Commissioners of The Cabarrus County <br /> Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing <br /> Authority (the "Issuer") met on April 17t 1989, and took <br /> the following action in connection with the ~roposed <br /> issuance and sale of the Issuer's Industrial/Revenue Bonds <br /> (Kindley Yarns, Inc. Project), in the aggregate principal <br /> amount of $3,500,000 (hereinafter sometimes called the <br /> "Bonds" ): <br /> <br /> (1) authorized the borrowing under and the issuance <br /> and performance of the Issuer's Iudustrial Revenue <br /> Bonds (Kindley Yarns, Inc. Project) in the aggregate <br /> principal amount~of $3,500,000 and directed the execu- <br /> tion and delivery of said Bonds; <br /> <br /> <br />
