Tile City of Kaoflapolis is prepared <br /> to ~xecute a contract for providing these special events for an amount <br /> not tO exceed $3,000.00 <br /> <br /> The City of Ksnnapolis will provide all the dircc~ costs in <br /> provision of these services, such as entertainment/performers expenses~ <br /> posters, and publicity. Cabarrus County will provide tile indirect <br /> exp~nsas of these programs, such as coordination and scheduling of <br /> the entertainment, advance publicity and facility arrangements. <br /> have enclosed a proposal from our department and an acceptamce letter <br /> from ~he City of Kannapolis. <br /> <br /> With a joint partnership between thc City of Kannapolis and Cabarru$ <br /> County, Northern Caharrus County citizens can receive a series of quality <br /> recreational ,experiences.
