A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE NORTH <br /> · CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br /> QUALIf'Y TN~ CABARRUS COUNTY LAND RECORDS <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ANALOGOU.q FUNDINGS <br /> UNDER THE NORTH. CAROLINA LAND RECORDS <br /> MANAG~-MENT PROGRAM AS ESTABLISHED BY <br /> CI{APTER 1099. SESSI61,{S LAWS. 1977 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cabarrus County recognizes a need to create a more <br />efficient standardized land record system with long range plans <br />for modernization of its land records; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of CoUnty Commissioners has examined and <br />duly considered this resolution and considers it to be in the public <br />interest and to its benefit to file the request for funds under the <br />North Carolina Land Records Ymnagement Program; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMHISSIONERM OF CABARRUS COUP"fY, NORTH CAROLINA, that the County <br />requests that it be accepted for funding for land records projects. <br />and hereby expresses assurances to comply with the Rules and <br />Regulations Governing State Grants for Improvement of Land Records. <br /> <br /> This resolution adopted after motion, second and roll call <br />on this date. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Frankie F.
