15. No Waiver. Failure by any party to insist in any one <br />or more'cases, upon the strict performance of any of the terms, <br />covenants, conditions or provisions of ~his Agreement, shall not be <br />construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any such term, covenant, <br />condition, or provisions. .- <br /> 16. Headings. Paragraph headings are included ia this <br />Agreement for convenience only and are not deemed to be part of or <br />to effect the terms of this Agreement. <br /> 17, ~pplicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by, <br />subject to and construed according to the laws of the State of <br />Georgia. <br /> 18. Originals. This Agreement has been executed in two <br />(2) signed counterparts each of which is and shall constitute an <br />original hereof. <br /> 19. Complete Agreement. This Agreement, along with <br />Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is <br />the exclusive statement of the agreement of the parties with respect <br />to its subject matter as of the date firs~ above written.
