SERVICE AGREEMENT MEMORANDUM Upon the request of the undersigned Member Government; the Centralina COuncil of Governments (the Council) agrees to Perform the services described in the attached "Seope of Serviee". The estimated cost of these serviees to be paid by the Member Government is $2,500~ , as similarly reflected in the Scope of Services for Cabarrus County Salary Plan Update It iS understood, however, that notwithstanding any estimates given, the Member Government will be expected to pay the actual costs ineurred by Centralina in providing the services, as required by the Charter of the Council. The Member Government will be billed monthly for actual costs during the preceding quarter. If, during the course of this work, it appears that the services needed to complete this project are likely to result in the total actual costs exceeding the estimate, the Council will endeavor to notify the Member Government. The Member Government may then approve the additional cost or ~eduee the scope of work. If the actual costs are less than those estimated, the Member Government will be charged actual costs. Actual costs shall include the hourly rate for the employee(s) working on the project plus the CounciPs regular indirect cost faetor and any unusual costs required. It is estimated that this project will be completed by October 1989 If yOU wish Centralina to proceed with this work, please have an authorized official acknowledge acceptance of this proposal and forward the same to us.
