The Social Services Board members <br />felt that it would be helpful for the Board of Commissioners to tour <br />Department of Social Services facilitiss. The Board acted to instruct me to <br />correspond with you to extend an invitation and to set a time which would be <br />convenient for the Board of Commissioners. It was felt that it would be <br />important to have such a tour during working hours. With this in mind as <br />well as the need to provide the State a corrective action plan for space <br />needs by November i, I would suggest a tour either at 'the time of an <br />upcoming Social Services Board meeting (3:00 p.m. on July 31 has been set <br />for the July meeting and 3:00 p~m.
