CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> THIS CONTRACT~ made by and between Cabarrus County, hereinafter <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Boys Club~ Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as "Boys <br />Club"; <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: that -- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Boys Club operates and provides au annual camp for girls of <br />Cabarrus County, and ia properly incorporated in the State of North Carolina <br />for this purpose; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Boys Club wishes to ~ecere the continued f~uauoial support of <br />the County for a portion ~f the nests incurred in providing thesn anrvlces; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County, ia the interest of the welfare af its <br /> <br />desires to provide financial support for a portion of the costs incurred by <br />Boy~ Club in it~ provision of these services; and <br /> <br /> ~BREAS, the County ha~ appropriated ~he sum of $5,000.00 for this purpose <br />for the period July l, 1989, through June 30, 1990. <br /> <br /> ~OW, THEREFORE, in cen~ideration of the premisns, County and Boys Club <br />do mutually mgree to th~ following terms and conditions; <br /> <br /> 1. Tbi~ contract shall begin July 1, 1989, and sh~ll exist and <br /> <br />through June 30, 1990~ <br /> <br /> 2. Boys Club aha~l provide its serv£ces to iedividuals who qualify for <br />these s~rvices in r~lation ~o Boys Club'~ ~stabltshed polinies in a manner <br />specified by these policies. These policies are understood to provide for <br />compliance with T~tles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and ~ectio~ <br />504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 197~, as appropriate, in addition to <br /> <br /> <br />
