Furnish to OWNER a revised opinion of probable Total Pro- <br /> ject Costs based on the Drawings and Specifications. <br /> <br /> 1.2.~1 Prepare for review and approval by OWNER, its legal counsel and <br /> other advisors contract agreement foams, general conditions and <br /> supplememary conditions, and (where appropriate) bid forms. <br /> invitations to bid and instructions to bidders (all of which shall <br /> be consistent with the forms and pertinent guide sheets prepared by <br /> lhe Engineers Joinl Contract Documenls Commillee). and assist in <br /> the preparation of other relalcd documents, <br /> <br /> 1.2.5 Furnish five copies of lhe above documents and of the Drawings and <br /> Specifications and present and review them in person with OWNER. <br /> <br /> 1.2.6 The dulies and responsibilities of ENGINEER during the Design Phase <br /> are amended and supplemented as indicated in Paragraph I of Exhibit <br /> A "Further Description of Basic Engineering Services and Related <br /> Matters." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. SPEC1AL SERVICES OF ENGINEER <br /> <br /> 2.1 General <br /> <br /> If authorized in wriling by OWNER. ENGINEER shall furnish or oblaln from <br /> others' Special Services of the types listed in paragraphs 2. I. I through <br /> 2. I. 10 inclusive.
