PROCLAMATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarrus Cooperative Christian Ministry <br />-Incorporated (CCM) has serviced our community through a <br />Crisis Assistance Ministry for the past nine years collecting <br />and distributing more than One Million Dollars worth of food, <br />clothes and financial a~sistance for fuel, rent and medicine; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, CCM has graciously received and effectively 8~.~-~fd~~_ <br />martialed the charitable resosrces of the religious, civic, <br />business and philanthropic organizations of the community to <br />finance the ministry and to construct a $350:000 Crisis <br />Assistance Center located at 246 Country Club Drive in <br />Cen~ord; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Service of Dedication of the near facility is <br />schedoled for November 05, 1989, at 300 P.M.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CCM will conduct its funding campaign for the <br />1990 budget of $200,00 during the month of November; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ I, James W. Lentz, Chairman, Cabarrus <br />County Commisioners, North Carolina, do hereby proclaim the <br />montb of November, 1989 as: <br /> <br /> "COOPERATIVE CHRISTIAN MINISTRY MONTH" <br /> <br />in the Cosnty of Cabarrus~ in sincere appreciation of the <br />excellent service provided ~o our community by this dedicated <br />organization. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS whereof, I have <br /> caused the seal of the <br /> County of Cabarrus to be <br /> affixed this day ef <br /> September, 1989. <br /> <br /> James W.
