NEW BUSINESS CONSENT <br /> Mr. Charles Rust, resident of the Huntwick Subdivision and representing <br />the Southwest Cabarrus Community Association, and Ms. Merge Polland, resident <br />of BucklnghamLane~ addressed the Board relative to street and d=ainage problems <br />in the Huntwlck Subdivision. They asked that the Board delay approval of the <br />addition of the subdivision streets to the State secondary road system until the <br />developer completes the necessary repairs. The subdivision streets proposed <br />for addition to the State system included Buckingham Lane, Stratford Court, <br />Bedfordshire Avenue, Manchester Avenue, Pieeadlly Lane, Wellington Lane, and <br />Dorchester Lane. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously oarried, the Board by resolution approved the addition of Shelterwood. <br />Court and Gimarron Circle to the Ste~e road system and took no action on the <br />streets in the Huntwick Subdivision. <br /> <br /> August 21, 1989 Ninutes of the Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
