However, the lease may be terminated without <br /> penalty in the event of nonappropriation. In such event, the Lessee <br /> agrees to provide an attorney's opinion confirming the events or the <br /> nonappropriation and thc Lessce's exercise Of diligence to obtain <br /> funds. <br /> <br />9.
