VII. TERMINATION: <br /> <br /> A. MEMBER COUNTY <br /> Member County may terminate this Agreement upon 90 days' written notice to NACoServic~s and PEBSCO <br /> if NACoServlcee or PEBSCO fa~ls to perform any of their oblJgallons hereunder.
