I believe that Mr. Medlin or Mr. <br />Hickok have either discussed the prospects of this with you or <br />with some members of the Comm%ission previously. When Mr. Medlin <br />asked me about it, I told him that, for purposes of discussion <br />and review by the Commission, the Health Board and any other <br />licensing authority for the landfill, it might expedite matters <br />if a proposed Lease were drawn to serve as a basis for <br />discussion.
