The City of Kannapolis <br /> Planning Board reviewed the re,est at their February 3, 1988 ~eting and <br /> fo~card the following reco~endation. <br /> <br /> The City of Kannapolis Planning Board reco~ends that conDideration be <br /> given to re-zone the subject property, located on North Wright Avenue, to a <br /> neighborhood co~¢~ercial type classification; however, that said re-zoning should <br /> not be for the purpose of pe_rmi%ting a machine shop/fabricating type operation. <br /> <br /> The City of Kannapolis offers this as a courtesy and does not intend <br /> to divert authority from the Boards and Coc¢~issions of Cabarrus County. We <br /> appreciate your consideration of this courtesy rec~Dcm~endation and look forward <br /> to a cooperative atmosphere in the years ahead. Furthermore, we are aware of <br /> your provisions for applications receiving no action by the Cabarrus County <br /> Planning Board.
