Pilkington~ <br /> SUBJECT: Request for Fee Approval for Worksite <br /> Risk Reduction Program <br /> <br /> At their meeting on January 21, i988, the Board of <br /> Health approved the expansion of the Health Promotion <br /> Program to include a Worksite Health Promotion <br /> Program for Cabarrus County. The program will be <br /> offered to industries in Cabarrus County who wish to <br /> participate. The Board also adopted a fee of $15 <br /> per participant based on the attached cost analysis. <br /> This fee requires the approval of the county <br /> commissioners..
