The Applicant agrees to pay the portion of the cost <br /> <br />main line size of 6 inches. <br /> <br /> 4. The Disl~ icl agrees lo pay the portion of the cost for <br /> any increased siz~ facilities above 6 inches as may bc <br /> <br /> 5. The District will determine the cost sharing as <br /> follows: <br /> Separatu bids will be received for labor and matcrial~. <br /> Each bid will contain two schedules, one for tacililies <br /> <br /> desired facility size. Each participants portion of the <br /> <br />6. The District wi!l compute and furnish to the applicant <br />the total applicant cost within 5 days of receiving of bids'. <br /> <br />7, The Applicant will deposit to the District the total <br />applicant cost wiihin tO days of notification. Failure <br /> <br />8. A :contract for thu actual construction will not be <br /> <br />9. The Applicant agrees to participate in the cost for any <br />additional unforseen work encountered during the project. <br /> <br />project price was. Payment of additional costs by the <br />Applicant must be made within 15 days of notification by the <br />District. Failure of the applicant to deposit said <br />additional costs will cause' the project to be stopped. The <br />applicant will be required to pay all outstanding charges <br /> <br />project being resl'ar ted. <br /> <br /> <br />
