Section XVI. sewer char eg~_~_ <br /> <br /> (a) Fees: The following charges for sewer service are adopted and <br />made effective a~ of the date of this ordinance applicable to all sewer <br />service on the Cabarrus County System. Excess refunded <br /> or balance billed. <br /> <br /> Industrial $1500.00 All materials, equipment, <br /> and labor cost plus 15%. <br /> Minimum deposit required <br /> $1000.00. Excess refunded <br /> or balance billed. <br /> <br /> Municipal $1500.00 All materials, equipment, <br /> and labor cost plus 15%. <br /> Tapping fee waived if <br /> installed by licensed <br /> contractor or paid by <br /> applicant. <br /> <br />Section XVI. <br /> <br /> (g) Lo~ation ~f Connections to County Owned Sewers. <br />Any connection to any interceptor sewer may be made only by direct consent <br />of the Board of Commissioners through its application and permit fee system. <br />Individual connections may be made directly ~o mains as is practical and of <br />no jeopardy to the proper operation or life of the system. All industrial <br />or municipal connections shall be metered in a manner acceptable to the <br />County unless such metering requirement is waived by direct action of the <br />~oard. <br /> <br /> <br />
