Identify right-of-way for relocated NC 73. <br /> <br />2. Acres of creeks, streams, rivers, branc~es, bottomland <br />hardwoods, marshes, and riparian forests that will be filled or <br />flooded and acreages of all other habitats by cover type, which will <br />be eliminated as a consequence of the proposed project. <br /> <br />3. Linear feet of any watercourses which will be relocated. <br /> <br />q. Avail able information on flow regimes of streams present, <br />reservoir capacities and expected withdrawls. <br /> <br />5. Existing information on water quality within the project area. <br /> <br />6. Describe vegetation and fish and wildlife resources within areas <br />directly or indirectly affected as a consequence of the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />7. Direct, indirect, secondary and cumulative impacts on fisi~ and <br />wildlife resources within and adjacent to the project area. <br /> <br />8. Planned zoning and other measures designed to protect water <br />quality of the reservoir. <br /> <br />9. Plans for recreational use of the area. <br /> <br />10. Techniques employed to design and construct any relocated <br />stream channels or to create replacement wetlands. <br /> <br />11. Mitigation measures designed to avoid, eliminate, reduce or <br />compensate for habitat value losses associated with the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />12. Impacts to endangered and threatened species; including a <br />formal request to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a list of <br />protected species which may occur in the project area. <br /> <br /> <br />
