I <br /> <br />CURRENT POLICY (WATER) <br /> <br /> Refusal to Accept Service <br /> Should a~iy persou pay fqr a connection to tile system and after that <br />connection is installed not use tile service or at least pay the mootbly <br />minimum fee as established in the rate schedule, then tile service will be made <br />unusable, the outstanding bill subtracted from the customers security <br />deposit, and any remaining deposit returned to the customer. If ie the <br />future if the person desires service, the conocction fees and deposits in <br />effect at that time would be required for tile service to be reactivated. <br /> <br />Recommended Revision <br /> <br /> M. Refusal to Accept Serv ce <br /> Should any person pay o~ a connection to the <br />system and after that connection is installed not use the <br />service or et least pay the monthly minimum fee as <br />established in the rate schedule, then the service will be <br />made unusable at the time a customer's bill is greater than <br />or equal to his or her security deposit. The deposit will <br />then be applied to the account's balance. If in the ~uture <br />the person desires service, the connection fees and deposits <br />in effect at that time ~ould be required for tile service to <br />be reactivated. <br /> <br /> <br />
