Billin~ <br /> Meters will be read at such time that bills will be <br />received by the customer on or about the 1st of every month. <br />The net amount will be due at the Tax Collector's Office oa <br />or before the 14th of the month. Af tar that date, the <br />customer will be notified that the account is delinquent and <br />a late paymeat fee added to the outstanding bill. If the <br />bill is not paid in full on or before the 24th, water <br />services will be discontinued and an additional reconnection <br />fee will be required to have it restored. <br /> <br /> H. Deposits <br /> All services will require an advance security <br />deposit for the guarantee of payment of final water bill. <br />If property is sold, a deposit cannot be transferred from <br />one owner to another. The new owner must pay his own <br />deposit and the former owner's deposit will be applied to <br />the account or refunded depending on the status of the <br />account. If property is rented each tennant i$ responsible <br />for paying his own deposit. Tile amount of the deposit is <br />listed in the rate schedule. <br /> <br /> J. ~ervice Call Charqes. <br /> A service call charge of $25 will be assessed to an <br />account when the call is not Water and Sewer Distr ct <br />related. <br /> <br /> <br />
