Five copies of a suggested form of proceedings for <br /> adoption by the Cabarrus County Board of Elections at a <br /> special meeting to be held at 11:00 A.M. on March 10, <br /> evidencing the canvass of the returns of the special <br /> referendum upon the bonds and determining the result <br /> thereof. <br /> <br /> In order to evidence compliance with G.S. §143-318.12 <br /> of the North Carolina open meetings law, I have added a <br /> paragraph to the certificate of the Supervisor of <br /> Elections of the County Board of Elections at the end <br /> of such proceedings relative to due notice of special <br /> meeting having been given. <br /> <br /> In addition, please have any absentee from such meeting <br /> sign an acknowledgment of service of notice of the <br /> meeting in substantially the following form and incor- <br /> porate such acknowledgment in the proceedings at the <br /> end of the first page: <br /> <br /> <br />
