I <br /> <br /> (a) That voters were registered and qualified to vote. <br /> (b) That at said roferenduml3'409votes were cast for the <br /> order adopted on January 14, 1988, authorizing not exceeding <br /> <br />Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other <br />available funds, for erecting additional school buildings and <br />other school plant facilities, replacing, remodeling, enlarging <br />and reconstructing existing school buildings and other school <br />plant facilities and acquiring any necessary land, rights of way <br />and equipment therefor, in order to provide additional school <br />facilities in said County to maintain the nine months' school <br />term as required by Section 2 of Article IX of the Constitution, <br />and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to pay <br /> 4245 <br />the principal of and the interest on said bonds, and -- votes <br /> <br />ware cast against said order, and that a majority of the <br />qualified voters of said County who voted thereon at said <br />referendum voted in favor of said order. <br /> <br /> section 4. The Supervisor of EleGtions is hereby directed <br /> <br />to transmit immediately a cortified copy of this resolution to <br /> <br /> Upon motion of J. E. Scacbrough , seconded by <br /> <br />L.
