The basic form that you submitted in your <br />letter of January 13, 1988, was satisfactory, but G.S. 153A-241 <br />requires posting at two (2) locations along the property site, <br />and publication for at least four (4) weeks. <br /> <br /> We have modified the Resolution to reflect this and would <br />anticipate the matter coming on for hearing before the <br />Commissioners at the March 21, 1988, date. <br /> <br /> As you are also aware, this matter is done on a cost- <br />recovery basis to Cabarrus County, the only expense involved <br />realistically being the newspaper publication charges.
