Mr. Bert Welch <br />will be the colleague partner who will consult wi th Mr, I>inger on <br />significant aspects of the engagement and substitute for him when <br />he is unavailable. <br /> <br />It will be the responsibility of Mr. Finger and Mr. Welch to make <br />sur" that your management receives good service. 'l'hey will, as <br />desirable, call upon other individuals with specialized knowledge <br />and skills, either in this office or elsewhere in the firm, Over <br />the next few weeks a manager and staff will be assigned to your <br />engagement. Mr. Finger will contact you soon to begin planning <br />this work and assist you and your management team in developing <br />the procedures to be performed. The manager and staff will soon <br />thereafter begin working with your management to perform these <br />agreed-upon procedures. <br /> <br />Unless unusual conditions not now foreseen make it impracticable <br />to do so, we will submit a report to you detailing our findings <br />based upon the performance of procedures agreed upon. <br /> <br />Our fees will be based on hours worked by the various levels of <br />personnel, at rates applicable to each, billed monthly on this <br />basis plus out-oi-pocket expenses. <br /> <br />'7 <br />
