Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026-0707 <br /> <br /> RE: Cabarrus County Governmental Center <br /> Church Street, Concord, NC <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br />Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-.129.1 entitled "withdrawal of Bid," Southern Comfort <br />of Charlotte, Inc. wishes to ~ithdraw its bid on the captioned project. <br /> <br />At the time of the opening, it was stated that Southern Comfort of Charlotte, <br />Inc. had obviously made an error, and that they wished to withdraw their bid <br />at that time. The architect, Dennis Yates, was present, and indicated that <br />in his opinion there was an obvious error in Southern Comfort's bid. <br /> <br />If you wish to discuss this matter, we will be more than happy to meet with <br />you at such time as you wish.
