Box 664 <br />Concord, NC 28025 <br />DearS: <br />At its meeting on February 9, 1988, the Fund's Board of Trustees <br />declared a total dividend of $700,000 for fiscal years 1983-84, <br />1985-86, and 1986-87, to be distributed to participants of the <br />Association-sponsored workers' Compensation self-Insurance Fund~ <br />As a result of your participation during fiscal years 1983-84, <br />1985-86, and 1986-87, enclosed with your finance Officer's copy of <br />this letter is a check made payable to Cabarrus County in the amount <br />of $14,954.15. Explanation of each dividend is as follows: <br /> 1983-84 - The Trustees declared a total dividend amount of $109,423 to <br /> be proportionally distributed among fiscal year 1983-84 participants. <br /> The portion of the enclosed check for fiscal year 1983-84 is <br /> $2,729.23. <br /> 1985-86 - The Trustees declared a total dividend amount of $57,704.50 <br /> to be proportionally distributed among fiscal year ].985-86 <br /> participants. The portion of the enclosed check for fiscal year <br /> 1985-86 is $1,144.82. <br /> 1986-87 - The Trustees declared a total dividend amount of <br /> $532.8~2.50 to be proportionally distributed am6ng fiscal year 1986-87 <br /> participants. The portion of the enclosed check for fiscal year <br /> 1986-87 is $11,080.10. <br /> Please note that the enclosed check is for the combined total due <br /> Cabarrus County for the three years noted above. If there is not a <br /> dollar amount ($0) for one of the years, this indicates that your <br /> governmental entity did not participate during that particular year. <br /> The statewide total of the dividends returned %his year to all <br /> participating counties and entities is $700,000. The total amount <br /> returned to participants since the inception of %he program in 1981 is <br /> now over $2.7 million dollars. <br /> <br /> <br />
